Data You Provide
When you register, you voluntarily provide your name and email address. For business accounts, you may also provide your organization name and country. This information is necessary to create and manage your account.

Authentication & Cookies
We use essential first-party cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and preference cookies to store your language and theme settings. These cookies are not shared with third parties. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Your password is cryptographically hashed and never stored in readable form – we cannot access your password.
Service Providers
Our authentication and database services are provided by Supabase Inc. (USA). Supabase may process technical data such as IP addresses for security purposes including fraud prevention and rate limiting. We do not directly access or store this technical data.
Cross-Border Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by our service provider Supabase. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and recognized under Swiss data protection law.
How We Use Your Data
To provide and maintain your account, communicate with you about our services, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal Basis
Contract performance (providing services you requested), legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention), and legal obligation under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, data is removed within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.
